Jennifer

Jennifer was born sometime last millenium.  She has degrees from Upland High School, Caltech, Georgetown, and Duke, and also trained at UC Davis (Sacramento) and the NCI.  All of this resulted in her becoming a board-certified medical oncologist with an abundance of initials after her name.  She also spent a year as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow, in Rwanda, Singapore, and Switzerland.  She was previously a Senior Investigator at the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program (CTEP) at the National Cancer Institute, supervising the development of unique cancer drugs, and attending at NCI's breast cancer research clinic.
In December 2006, she started a new position as Associate Medical Director at Genentech in South San Francisco, doing similar early phase development as she did when she was at the NCI. She enjoys spending the rest of her time with her children Julia and Joshua, her husband Dean, and the rest of her family and friends.
