NeatUpload Support for .NET 1.1 Ending Soon

It is becoming increasing impractical for me to build versions of NeatUpload that will work under .NET 1.1.  As a result, the next NeatUpload release will likely be NeatUpload-2.0 with the bumped major version number signalling incompatibility with NeatUpload-1.3 for those using .NET 1.1.  If you need a version of NeatUpload that is compatible with .NET 1.1, you will need to maintain it either on your own or as a community.  If you are interested in doing that please email me (dean at brettle dot com) so that I can point you in the right direction and provide bug fixes for the 1.1-compatible NeatUpload-1.3 series for a short time during the transition.  If I do not hear from anyone, I will drop .NET 1.1 compatibility almost immediately.

The good news is that dropping .NET 1.1 compatibility will free me to cleanup many compiler warnings associated with use of obsolete .NET methods, as well as provide better support for using NeatUpload controls in UpdatePanels.
